What exactly is included in each package?
Every package includes bank reconciliation, monthly financial reports (P&L and Balance Sheet), and email support. The Growth and Advanced packages add payroll processing, BAS lodgement, and regular review calls. If your needs don't fit neatly into a tier, I'm happy to build a custom package for you.
Am I locked into a contract?
No lock-in contracts. You can cancel with 30 days notice at any time. I believe in earning your business every month — not trapping you in paperwork.
What makes you different from a large bookkeeping firm?

Do you offer accounting services as well?
I specialize in bookkeeping and BAS (for a registered agent to lodge). For tax returns and accounting, I have a trusted network of qualified accountants I can refer you to — so your entire financial picture is covered.
Are you insured?
Yes. I hold Bookkeepers Professional Indemnity (PI) Insurance. In the unlikely event of any errors or omissions, you and your business are protected. You can ask for a certificate of currency at any time.
