We combine accurate transaction recording with accounts management, payroll data entry support, and regular review calls to help you stay compliant, manage cash flow, and make informed business decisions. This package reduces bookkeeping burden so you can focus on growth.
Services Included:
Everything in Tier 1, plus:
Recording up to 150 transactions/month: Capture sales, purchases, expenses and adjustments with greater volume capacity and categorisation for meaningful reporting.
Accounts payable management: Track supplier invoices, schedule payments, and maintain vendor records so bills are paid on time and your cash flow is visible.
Accounts receivable management: Issue invoices, monitor outstanding receivables, and assist with reconciliation to improve collections and working capital.
Payroll data entry support (excluding payroll processing): Enter payroll journals, superannuation and payroll-related adjustments so wages are accurately reflected in your accounts (actual payroll processing can be coordinated with your payroll provider).
Monthly financial review call (15–30 minutes): A scheduled call to review month-end reports, discuss variances, cash flow, and action items—practical guidance to support decision-making.
Quarterly BAS preparation support (if applicable): Assistance in preparing the information needed for Business Activity Statements, ensuring GST, PAYG and BAS figures are organised for your accountant or BAS agent.
Pricing:
Fixed monthly fee between $400–$700/month, depending on transaction complexity, number of accounts, and additional services required. Pricing is transparent and scalable as your business grows.
Optional one-time setup or transition fees may apply for migrations, historical data cleanup, or integrations—these are quoted based on scope.
